You can kick me out but you can’t keep me out!
At the age of 15 I started being rebellious…. Not knowing how to handle my teenage issues, I took the wrong path. I felt “cool” doing those things and got hooked. I became a nuisance in school and hence was kicked out. Without the identity of a student, I became even worse. I was a nightmare to all parents.
Today after 25 years, I received an award for my contribution back to the school. I was invited to join them back as an Alumni member about three years ago. I also gave career/ motivational talks to the students for three straight years- an opportunity that I enjoyed the most.
Just because they kicked me out when I was rebelling, it didn’t keep me out when I became successful. I learned that it is never too late to change your life. The universe is always ready to accept you when you ready!
If you think you are stuck deep down in mud, just remember as long as you are ready to push yourself up, there is someone to wash you up and accept you immediately.
