We have to lead by example and they tend to pick up our habits much faster faster than our advice. We have to teach them to be positive and to handle matters tactfully.
They have to learn to handle their problems and challenges. They will learn this by seeing how we handle our challenges.
You don’t have to advise them much if you just lead by example.
