We don’t have to be building empires for our children; they will never have ownership over them. Instead, we should build their confidence as that will bring them closer to building their empire.
We should guide them in their journey towards their dreams not design the whole journey for them.
Remember they have a life of their own and they need to live it on their own terms.
Their success should be fruits of their labour.
